CAMPS, CLINICS, TRAINING & COACHING
THROWING & STRENGTH TRAINING CAMPS & CLINICS
Camps for throwing and strength training are available to highschool and college athletes and coaches. These sessions include both classroom and hands-on learning. Athletes and coaches leave with a solid understanding of the the methods I use as well as the ability to create workouts on their own. Often clinics leave you with a few great drills and some good ideas but never give you the "when and how" to use them. I make it a point to teach the "when and how" of using certain lifts and drills in order to create the perfect program for yourself and be able do adjust it when needed.

Upcoming event!
Southeastern Wisconsin Throws Pentathlon
Throws Pentathlon: Consists of five events, hammer throw, shot put,
discus throw, javelin throw, and weight throw. Events will be scored
using the International Athletics Association Federation score tables.
Scoring is similar to the multi-events in track & field such as the
decathlon.
This is the second annual Southeastern WI Throws Pentathlon. The
event is being hosted by Matt Oldenburg (MSOE Throws Coach), long time
friend of mine, and Krista Hasslequist (Concordia University Throws
Coach). The event is USATF Sanctioned and is the Midwest Regional
Masters Throws Pentathlon Championship, as well as being open to
Collegiate, Open, and High School athletes. It will be held at
Carroll University on June 5th 2011. Last year it was a great event
with about 15 competitors, including myself. Half being open and
college aged, while the other half was of the Masters division. Hope
to see you there!
